Blackheads and food that fights acne

It has been found that many women respond well to an acne medication formulated from a combination of an anti-androgen such as spironolactone or cyproterone acetate, and an oral contraceptive containing an estrogen and progestin. This results in a reduction in breakouts due to a reduction in the production of sebum. There may be side-effects such as breast tenderness or nausea, but these normally last for only the first month or so of acne treatment.
While surgery is an effective acne scar treatment option, it is not always suitable for everyone. When determining whether this is the right treatment for you, you should explore a few factors. First, you need to understand your feeling towards the acne scars. Are you scars something that affect your life significantly in terms of your relationships and the way you see yourself? If the answer is yes, then perhaps surgery is a good acne scar treatment that you should use. On the contrary, if you are willing to live with your scars and wait for them to fade over time, then you can skip this surgical option.
There are blackhead removers on the market that you can use, but use with caution so as not to cause more harm. Before using a blackhead remover to remove acne blackheads, open up your skin's pores first by taking a hot shower, or applying a hot wash cloth to the area. This will make the blackheads easier to remove. Remember to be gentle when using a blackhead remover. If a stubborn blackhead is not ready to come out yet, leave it alone. This can sometimes force the blackhead deeper into the pore, infecting the area.
